- Spend time meditating or praying.

- Make your favorite recipe or try a new one.
- Splurge and order take out.
- Watch YouTube videos. Check out gender reveals, marriage proposals, surprise military homecoming, or pets.
- Keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water or make a tall glass of ice tea.
- Turn up the music. Sing along to your favorite tunes or dance.
- Autumn begins. Get outdoors and view the colorful fall foliage.
- Declutter a room or closet. Or simply clean off the top of your desk.
